ok, i finally got a reply from LJ:

"it is apparently not currently possible for anyone to access LiveJournal from China. This is not due to any issue on LiveJournal's end, and is unfortunately beyond LiveJournal's control. You may wish to continue communicating with your ISP about this issue."

so i guess fc2 will be my permanent home from now on... though i do miss the zillions of posts i had in LJ...  i guess i will still visit it when i travel out of china...  next trip hopefully not too soon LOL will probably be end of april for the tokyo dome con... sigh~~~  hope someone can fix this LJ problem though... ORZ...
